Da Silva's Restaurant Quesada

This is still the best restaurant in Quesada. From our pre dinner cocktail to the cheeseboard, everything we ate tasted better than we could have possibly hoped. The cocktails were exemplary. Just the right side of naughty but without advertising the fact. Starters were beautifully presented and arrived in a timely fashion. The mains were exceptional, I had the best steak I’ve ever tasted in Spain, cooked to perfection with a brandy and peppercorn sauce that I would have asked for in a pint glass if I thought I’d get away with it! The cod wrapped in Serrano ham stuffed with prawns and crab was absolutely divine. The cheeseboard was delicious with an exceptionally well paired port, a joy to take my time over at the end of the meal. Staff were faultless in their timing and delivery, friendly, attentive and ready to help at the drop of a hat. How has it been so long since we last visited, I’ll be coming over for a long weekend just to book a meal! Thank you.

Our favourite restaurant in Quesada, and again didn’t disappoint. Great food as always. We were a group of 4 and had 2 Thai Mussel starters and two flaming prawn starters, all of which were lovely. For mains two had the fish special, and two had steaks, all perfectly cooked and well presented. Didn’t have desserts but the ones we saw looked lovely. Staff very friendly and efficient. Always good to start the evening in their cocktail bar next door.

What an amazing place. Was very lucky to be taken here for a meal when over from the UK visiting friends. The atmosphere, the staff, and. the food were all out of this world. We had the Christmas set menu for €19.95. It was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous and it was all presented beautifully. The staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A beautifully festive atmosphere was a perfect way to spend a Friday evening with friends. Also the Christmas cocktails were to die for.

Wow, what an incredible evening! We had the most amazing food but just as importantly the service was fantastic. The owners are so personable, making sure we were catered for and chatting with us throughout the evening. The menu of the night is €19.95pp for three courses. Here’s what we had: Starters: •Chicken pate •Cajun chicken tenders Mains: •Thai chicken curry with rice and naan bread •Pan fried pork medallions, with mash and with a pepper, brand & cream sauce. Desserts: We didn’t like the look of any included with the menu so we upgraded to a la carte (€3.95pp) •Nutella cheesecake •Creme Brûlée of the day (Baileys) •Chocolate fondant All washed down with a bottle of white wine (€12) My parents had not been before so it was great to bring them and find they loved it as much as we did! We can’t wait to come back again next time we are visiting.

Visited Da Silvas many times over the last few years. Including celebrations and works parties etc. The food is consistently good, whether fixed menu or a la carte is chosen. Blackboard specials always available too. Owners, Michelle and Brian, her husband, are great hosts, always friendly, as are all of the staff on site. Adjacent, is their cocktail lounge which serves cocktails and other beverages before,during, and after your meal, if desired. Thoroughly recommended for a great night's dining experience.
